Apple Support Practice

Our Apple Support Practice encompasses Apple Hardware, MacOS and iOS issues.

We have a dedicated Apple Relationship Manager who manages the relationship between slba.com.au and Apple.

When you log an Apple issue or fault, the first response will be by a highly experienced Apple Support Professional. This will be by phone and remote support.

The support call from the Apple Support Professional will be within four (4) hours.

If the Apple Support Professional can not address the issue or fault, a representative of slba.com.au will visit the site where the issue or fault has occurred. The issue will then be remediated at the site.

We have spent significant time and effort designing a support process that ensures their highest level of support at the lowest cost.
